Soffer (now @ the University of Chicago Booth School of Business); Professor Yehia Salama; Professor Michael Popowitz (35 year tenure @ U.I.C. and retired); Professor Ram Ramakrishnan; Professor Abel Galvan and Professor James Gillespie (Management 495; sits on the Board of Directors of firms within an array of industries). An all-star ranking. May God bless them and theirs.

Jay passed his Certified Public Accounting exams in January of 2020. Jay launched the firm January 2023. Jay has been professionally practicing the art of taxation since 2014 and practicing the art of accounting directing an array of business leaders since 2007 serving in roles as Cost Accountant, Controller, Director of Business Development, Tax Professional, Tax Research Executive, Senior Tax Executive, Founder… and Jay has helped other business owner(s) scale their brick-and-mortar tax locations across the west Chicago suburban region up through Milwaukee, WI i.e. helping tax businesses thrive since 2014 and leading and adapting cutting-edge technical advances to resolve issues before they arise with meticulous attention-to-detail that is hard to come by. A die-hard entrepreneur and loyalist.

Jay lives by three principles: (1) there are no short-cuts to life nor profession (2) practice makes perfect and (3) humility prevails.

Jay is a people person. An avid animal and dog lover. An adventurist. Eco-friendly to all things. Jay being born and raised in the greater Chicagoland area is a patriot to the tee i.e. God bless The United States of America utmost. Jay always conveyed to his friends growing up that if it weren’t for the great city of Chicago (and Michael Air Jordan being a spectacle to watch, wow!) and for his great nation i.e. Jay’s beloved country his great nation The United States of America therein Jay says “… insomuch so I’d be a dummy if I wasn’t born in The U.S.A.” meaning to say with good humor meaning to say The U.S.A., Jay’s great country molded Jay into the character he is and the character he stands for today and Jay lays his life on the line for his great nation if and when duty calls.

Professionally he enjoys mastering the art of Taxation with Uncle Sam; Forensic Accounting; Trust and Real Estate Accounting… anything accounting. As an early bird Jay says his grandfather’s demeanor and candor rubbed off on him: an early bird to tackle the adventures of the day in the benevolence of beauty in Jay’s great U.S.A.

Jay pledges allegiance to the flag of The United States of America and to The Republic for which it stands, One Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. God bless The United States of America.
